Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (pet type, dog size, number of pets, pet needs such as separation anxiety or medication, nights away, drop-off and pick-up dates and times, budget, city cost tier, holiday flag, care type, add-ons, quoted nightly rate, visits per day, today's date, pet age, spayed or neutered flag, vaccine names and dates, food amount, unit and meals per day, number of medications and doses, packing flags, details of boarders you type in: names, care type, prices, policies, staff ratio, review rating and count, your first name, your pet's name, breed, age and weight, feeding and medication notes, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address or GPS location. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to boarders, kennels, pet sitters, veterinarians, booking sites or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names, pet details and phone numbers are optional where marked. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
